Oriah currently leads the cybersecurity and threat intelligence programs for SkOUT Secure Intelligence throughout the western United States. He also serves on several non-profit and private company boards in both a director and advisory capacity. Previously, he served in the U.S. Air Force for over 21 years on Active Duty and continues to serve part-time in the Air National Guard. He began his military career as an enlisted Communication Analyst overseas with the National Security Agency.

Previously, he served in the U.S. Air Force for over 21 years on Active Duty and continues to serve part-time in the Air National Guard. He began his military career as an enlisted Communication Analyst overseas with the National Security Agency. Earning his commission as an Air Force intelligence officer, he went on to lead a variety of intelligence and cyber warfare units for the NSA, other Intelligence Community organizations, U.S. Strategic Command and U.S. Cyber Command. He also led a variety of Joint military units during combat deployments in several countries and served in various staff and leadership positions, including; Special Technical Operations teams, Electronic Warfare units and policy advisor to the Secretary of Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff.
His undergrad degrees are in management studies and psychology with graduate studies in Military Art and Science, Homeland Security Programs and cybersecurity.
